3% Commission
Become an Akel All-Star Agent and earn between 3% commission paid on the net purchase price of the home. (Base prices plus any lot premiums less any discounts). This does not include any options.
90 Day Protection
Your commission is protected for 90 days from the time you register your client. You will be paid as long as the customer purchases within the next 90 days.
Realtor Registration
Each community requires its own separate client/broker registration. If a customer visits a community without their broker representative, no brokers will be paid for a period of 1-Year from the last visit.
Commission On MLS
Some of our homes are listed on the MLS. If so, regardless of client history, you will always be paid on a home listed on the MLS.
